RACINE REGALS COLOR GUARD
The Racine Regals Color Guard was organized in 1964 by Erivan Lowrey.
The Regals Color Guard began with 16 members. By 1970 the Regals Color Guard had
grown to 28 members with the average age being 13 years old.
In 1967 the Regals won the Wisconsin VFW State Colr Guard Championship.
Lowry was the Regals Color Guard's director since he founded it until at least through 1970.
